Terms & Conditions

All orders require a minimum lead time of 10 working days. Orders confirmed less than 7 days before will be subject to a late order fee of 30% of the total order amount.
Full payment confirms your order (POP required). Please note that payments are to be made via eft only (no e-wallets or cashsend etc).
The prices of items vary depending on the design, size and flavors.
All cakes and cupcakes are initially quoted based on a standard vanilla sponge and American buttercream frosting, please inform us should you prefer an alternative flavor and we will adjust your quote accordingly.
Once your order has been collected, all responsibility belongs to the client. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transportation/setup/etc. please refer to our cake care guide.
All products may contain allergens (e.g., milk, wheat, nuts, edible flowers, etc) & we will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to ingredients.
Our items are made to order for same day consumption, and we strongly advise that cakes are picked up at most a day beforehand.

Cancellations & Refunds policy

Please note that we do not do cash refunds

Should you need to cancel, we will issue you with a credit voucher (valid for 6 months)

vouchers are valid only for custom orders, and cannot be used to purchase items on special

Cancellation policy:

- 8 working days or more prior to the date: 100% credit voucher of the amount paid

- 7 working days prior to the date: 50% credit voucher of the amount paid

- less than 7 working days prior to the date: 0% credit voucher of the amount paid

Should you need to reschedule your order with less than 8 working days notice, a penalty fee of 30% of the total order amount will be enforced

Cake care guide & Delivery

Delivery is charged based on the distance from our premises to the delivery address, delivery prices will vary accordingly. Should you require delivery, please let us know in advance (at least 72 hours ahead of time), providing the delivery address and time required.
If your order is for collection, it will be available at 10 am on the day. Pickup is from 10am – 11am or 3pm - 5:30 pm from our premises.
Once your order has been collected, all responsibility belongs to the client. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transportation/setup/etc. If you are collecting your order, please ensure that you have someone to hold the cake (recommended) or on the front floorboard of the car if you have a non-slip mat (depending on the cake size, structure and design).
We recommend driving straight home/to the event, with the air conditioning on. Please drive carefully, avoiding slamming on the breaks, speeding & making sharp turns.
Place both hands under the cake to support the cake and the board, ensuring that it is always level.
To ensure freshness, please ensure that products are stored correctly. All cakes not for same day consumption are to be stored in the fridge, away from other foods with a strong odour (garlic, onion, etc). Leftovers may be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Buttercream cakes need to be kept chilled and stored in the fridge until ready for use
